Winston Benefits, a Brown & Brown company, is seeking a Enroller- Benefits Specialist to join our team!

The Enroller Benefits Specialist is responsible for answering incoming calls and will explain and enroll employees in core benefits and voluntary benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans while ensuring all benefits, coverage levels, dependents covered, and deductions are reviewed and confirmed by the employee.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Quickly learn Brown & Brown workflows, internal and third-party enrollment platforms.
• Obtain Life, Accident & Health insurance license (paid training provided).
• Retain benefits knowledge.
• Attend client specific training.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all calls

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Experience in customer service or sales experience in person or in a call center.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous benefits experience preferred.
• Experience with Five9 phone system preferred.
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Must have excellent punctuality and attendance.

Pay Range

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
