About the role:

As a Delivery Lead, you will make an impact by managing detailed plans, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth phase transitions. You'll proactively address risks, track progress, and maintain key project artifactsall within a flexible hybrid work model, with no travel required. You will be a valued member of the team, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional groups to deliver secure, compliant, and high-performing architectures that align with business objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with the all the stakeholders leads to develop & proactively manage the detailed project plan, delivery milestones and deliverables.

  • Manages the task distribution and tracks the completion of the works.

  • Leverage standard implementation methodology to execute the project successfully as per project plan.

  • Oversees project health through proactive risk management, phase transitions, and regular reporting of key metrics

What you need to have to be considered:

  • 12+ years of experience in the SCM domain, with 7+ years in delivery/project/program management

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with the o9 platform and reference models

  • Strong background in Supply Chain Planning across industries

  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Airflow, Confluence, and cloud platforms

These will help you stand out:

  • Certifications and prior consulting experience

  • Knowledge in project management artifacts, status reporting, defect management and risk mitigation

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until 09/20/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
