A FQHC is seeking a family physician for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Huntsville, AL.

This position requires BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with an AL license and DEA, and a flu vaccination. The schedule is MondayThursday, 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m.12:00 p.m., with 1:6 call handled through a service (typically 12 calls per week). The provider will collaborate with three NPs and one other physician, seeing 1520 patients per day, ages 14 and older, with a credentialing timeframe of 90 days.
