Personal Care Attendants

Position Overview:
We are currently hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide non-medical in-home care to individuals of all ages, including seniors and those with disabilities. This position is ideal for caring, dependable individuals who want to make a difference in their community.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to supervisors
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment in the client’s home

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test
• Experience in caregiving is a plus but not required — we offer HHA training and certification at no cost for eligible candidates!
• Must have a genuine desire to help others and be dependable, kind, and respectful
