This role offers the chance to lead reporting and analytics efforts that inform workforce planning, talent management, and operational strategy. Youll optimize workflows, improve reporting capabilities, and ensure our systems support strategic goals. Were looking for someone who can bridge gaps and build solutions. This is an in-person role. Responsibilities

  • Primary focus will be serving as the SME for UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM):
    • Lead UKG timekeeping plant WFM configuration, enhancements, and upgrades.
    • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
    • Provide oversight of time clocks and employee timekeeping kiosks.
    • Responsible for UKG WFM shift configuration, pay rules, and related policies.
  • Ensure system compliance with data security, privacy, and legal standards.
  • Configure and maintain security profiles and ensure proper access controls.
  • Collaborate with external vendors on implementations and upgrades.
  • Provide cross-functional technical support to HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflow processes that align with business needs and current priorities.
  • Maintain audit trails for configuration changes and report generation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on third-party interface development and maintenance.
  • Partner with HR, Benefits, and Payroll functional experts to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and cost savings.
  • Project work as assigned including department and company-wide projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of direct analytical experience with owning system functionality and configuration and administration.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience using reporting tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience as a business partner in a multi-site organization.
  • Strong time management skills with proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to develop and present technical solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
  • Experience in system implementations, upgrades, and user acceptance testing.
