What You'll Be Doing

• Operate batching equipment to produce ready mix concrete according to specifications
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate deliveries
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plant equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and plant personnel

• Demonstrated ability to operate industrial equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

• $29.53 per hour
