Applicants must be within driving distance to our Columbus, GA office to be considered for this role and have the ability to commute to the office five days per week.

A day in the life.

As an Private Client Services Sr. Client Manager, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and requests.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment advisors, financial planners, and support staff, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial plans, investment strategies, and performance reports to clients.

  • Monitor client accounts and investment performance, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Conduct regular account reviews and meetings with clients to discuss portfolio performance, market trends, and adjustments to financial strategies.

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the firm's services.

  • Participate in business development efforts, identifying opportunities to expand the client base and enhance service offerings.

  • Process various documents, including Evidence of Property, Binders, ID cards, and invoices.

  • Handle applications, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.

  • Assist clients with coverage issues and changes, ensuring timely responses.

  • Support the Account Manager in preparing client proposals, reports, and account reviews.

  • Gather and analyze client information to develop tailored financial solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status in the CRM system.

  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes that may affect clients.

  • Engage in verbal and written correspondence with clients, insurance carriers, and mortgage companies.

  • Process transactions on various insurance company websites and send Renewal Brochures to clients annually as needed.

Our future colleague.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) preferred.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related field, with a proven track record in client relationship management.

  • Strong understanding of financial products and services relevant to high-net-worth clients.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.

  • Previous experience in a financial advisory or wealth management firm preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team members preferred.

  • Must have Property & Casualty license.
