Pay: $20–$22/hour | Benefits: 10 vacation days + 5 PTO days | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 – 5:00 PM, 8-hour shifts

We are ideally looking at 2 -3 years of experience in the dental field. Knowledge of scheduling, dental software and insurance plans is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Answering phones and managing scheduling efficiently, sending faxes, admin duties as needed
• Ensuring schedule is consistently booked
• Discuss treatment plans with patients, including offering financing options provided in office.
• Verifying insurance, preauthorization, ensuring claims are submitted properly and in a timely manner according to insurance guidelines.
• Calculating copayments and processing payments accurately.
• Support daily office operations, ability to multitask and assist staff as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of dental experience (scheduling, software, insurance)
• Knowledge of dental terminology and office procedures
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, patient-focused, and a team player
• Positive, professional attitude even in a fast-paced environment
• Customer Service: At least 2 years (Preferred)
