As the first point of contact for our students, families, and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and supporting the daily operations of our school. Youll work closely with our Head of School, Director, and staff to ensure our campus runs smoothly while providing exceptional service to our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to students, parents, and staff
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, phone calls, and visitors
- Assist sick or injured students with care and empathy
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence
- Respond to parent and staff inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage student enrollments, withdrawals, waitlists, and related records
- Maintain organized student and office files, as well as school communications such as newsletters and flyers
- Order and manage office supplies
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and publications
- Assist with special events, school functions, and community activities
- Support the Head of School and Director with administrative needs
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm, positive, and professional in fast-paced situations
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
