Base Salary: $120,000 first year
Production: 20%
No Negative Accrual – First Year
Potential Earnings: $150,000–$180,000 in Year One
Compensation Review in Year Two with possibility of increasing percentage

• Guaranteed base salary of $120,000/year
• 20% production with no negative accrual in your first year
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid upfront upon signing to assist with moving costs
