A client of TGC is searching for a Real Estate/Transactional Attorney to add to their growing practice
Key Responsibilities
Handle sophisticated commercial real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions
Manage real estate financings and entity formations, including drafting governing documents
Draft corporate documents, agreements, and general commercial contracts
Provide business counseling and strategic legal advice to clients
Review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of transactional agreements
Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other counsel to ensure smooth transaction closings
Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate and corporate matters
Qualifications
58 years of experience in commercial real estate and corporate transactional law
Strong legal writing, drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
Excellent oral and written communication abilities
Admitted to the New York Bar
Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions from inception to closing
Client-service orientation with proven relationship management skills
