Sr Dry Etch Equipment Engineer

Facilitate effective communication between engineering and production teams. Diagnose equipment issues using systematic troubleshooting techniques. Provide recovery plans and estimated time of availability (ETA) for down tools. Support workstation cost goals by identifying opportunities to reduce repair and maintenance expenses. Improve First Run Metrics (FRM). Ensure timely availability and valuation of parts. Coordinate with buyers for procurement and inventory management. Collaborate with vendors to enhance chamber performance and reliability. Develop and implement defect reduction strategies. Support Process Owners (POs) in achieving chamber matching and minimizing excursions. Process Conversion & Scrap Reduction Assist Process Owners during new process conversions. Contribute to achieving Line of Sight (LOS) goals by reducing tool alarms. Participate in SPC/FDC initiatives to enhance process control and effectiveness.
