Experience:

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Hawaii license (required for submission).

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Facilitys schedule is listed as 3x12s, but clinicians should expect to work 2x12s one week and 4x12s the next week (and so on.)

Will need to arrive at the Facility the Friday prior to start date.

12 hour shifts 7a-7p and/or 7p-7a

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
