As Head of Finance for Rare Blood Disorders within our US Specialty Care team, you'll serve as a strategic financial advisor, driving investment decisions and enabling sustainable franchise growth across a dynamic and cross-functional environment. Main responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary finance partner for the US RBD franchise, guiding strategic decisions to achieve Net Revenue and BOI objectives.

  • Provide financial oversight across commercial activities, optimizing value and managing risks.

  • Lead budget planning, long-range forecasting, and monthly rolling forecast updates.

  • Oversee daily financial operations including inventory, cash flow, and pricing dynamics.

  • Deliver timely and insightful financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance commentary.

  • Collaborate with AI and analytics teams to enhance forecasting and business insights.

  • Promote finance best practices and lead digital transformation initiatives in financial planning.

About you

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience in strategic finance leadership within a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence and guide business decisions.

  • Skilled in forecasting, performance management, and financial reporting.

  • Comfortable working with AI tools and digital finance platforms.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelors required, MBA preferred.
