Job Description
Bridge Property Management is looking for a highly motivated Resident Services Coordinator to join our team in Herndon, VA. This position serves as the "Ambassador" of the management office , representing Bridges values through professionalism, attitude, and commitment to excellent resident experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents with apartment-related concerns and handle complaints with care and professionalism
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure service requests are resolved promptly and residents are satisfied with the outcomes
- Follow up on maintenance tickets and coordinate with vendors needing access to resident apartments
- Coordinate and assist with resident events, community activities, and classes that foster engagement and community spirit
- Perform general administrative office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, package handling, and maintaining resident files
- Accurately input data and resident information into computer systems
- Support office functions and assist with special projects as needed
- Comply with Bridge Property Management policies and procedures as well as Fair Housing, state, and federal laws
- Observe and report safety hazards, following all company safety procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, hospitality, property management, or related field
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with standard office equipment and basic computer/data-entry tasks
- Ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions
- Flexible and adaptable, with strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities
Work Conditions:
- This is a full-time, on-site position located in Herndon, VA
- Occasional outdoor duties in varying weather conditions
- May require weekend availability for events or special functions

Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
