Our client, a leader in asset management and reliability engineering, is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting engineering services and asset management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior Reliability Engineer

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Pay Range: $65/hr. - $75/hr.

What's the Job?

  • Provide reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets.
  • Implement a strategic asset management plan integrating existing systems and programs.
  • Conduct root cause failure analysis to determine corrective actions for equipment failures.
  • Develop analysis methods to assess the reliability of components, equipment, and processes.
  • Coordinate with engineers and technicians to achieve cost-effective asset management improvements.

What's Needed?

  • BS in an Engineering discipline, preferably mechanical or electrical.
  • 10+ years of experience in reliability engineering and asset management.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems.
  • Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop maintenance strategies.
