**Job Details:**
Work at the Montgomery Village Office providing comprehensive primary care services Utilize strong clinical background and business acumen in a multispecialty group practice environment Apply interpersonal skills while adaptively working with various people at different levels Lead quality initiatives in a group practice setting Implement experience in practice leadership within a population health/medical home environment Support, grow, and develop the Medical Group Must be licensed in the State of Maryland with current CDS and DEA Board certified or eligible for the American Board of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Full-time position with day shifts, Monday through Friday Comprehensive benefits including work-life balance through non-rotating shifts Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision coverage effective on date of hire Employer-paid Short & Long-Term Disability, Basic Life Insurance and ADD Paid Time Off and employer retirement contribution with match after 1-year Additional benefits include tuition reimbursement, subsidized childcare, and employee assistance program
