Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >70 miles from facility to be submitted.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

3x12hrs and 4x12hrs accepted

Diagnosis Include: Labor and Delivery, Antepartum, Gyn patients, Gestational HTN, DM, Multi-Birth

Unit Procedures: Circumcisions, Hearing screens, Newborn Screens, General admissions and C-Sections and Inductions of Labor

Preferred: Level 2 nursery experience, circulate, scrub, triage

No call requirements.

Required to work 1 Friday, 1 Saturday, 1 Sunday shift on every 4-week schedule. They do not have to be consecutive unless desired.

Cert: AWHONN Beginner (Preferred)

Previous Charge Experience: Preferred

Orientation Hours: 24

Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Infants, Adults

Daily Census: 20

Patient Diagnoses:- Labor and Delivery- Ante Partum- Gyn patients- Gestational HTN, DM- Multi-Birth

Special Procedures/Unit Details:- Circumcisions- Hearing screens- Newborn Screens- General admissions and C-Sections and Inductions of Labor

All clinicians (allied/CNAs/RNs, etc.) cannot work past 1 year as a traveler. A 6 month break must be taken in order to return as a traveler
