THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

As a valued colleague on our team, you will act as a technical leader in operations engineering, driving improvements in cloud-hosted application support and operational efficiency. You will collaborate across teams to enhance system reliability and performance while supporting mission-critical applications. The Lead Operations Engineer - Enterprise Technology Operations role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of operational priorities by assessing objectives and coordinating across teams and systems.
  • Develop and evaluate operational solutions, including cost estimation and impact analysis.
  • Drive process redesigns to improve quality and efficiency across multiple systems and products.
  • Translate research and analysis into actionable insights for system design and modification.
  • Implement essential changes in cloud environments and provide technical support for application releases.
  • Monitor cloud-hosted environments and recommend governance enhancements.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences
  • 4 years of experience in Production Support
  • Experience supporting AWS Cloud Platforms
  • Experience with automation frameworks
  • Proven ability to support mission-critical applications in an on-call setting

Desired Experiences
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Cloud Infrastructure
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
  • AWS Certifications
