- Lead execution of operational priorities by assessing objectives and coordinating across teams and systems.
- Develop and evaluate operational solutions, including cost estimation and impact analysis.
- Drive process redesigns to improve quality and efficiency across multiple systems and products.
- Translate research and analysis into actionable insights for system design and modification.
- Implement essential changes in cloud environments and provide technical support for application releases.
- Monitor cloud-hosted environments and recommend governance enhancements.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- 4 years of experience in Production Support
- Experience supporting AWS Cloud Platforms
- Experience with automation frameworks
- Proven ability to support mission-critical applications in an on-call setting
Desired Experiences
- 3+ years of experience supporting Cloud Infrastructure
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
