FP & A Analyst

An established and growing manufacturing company is seeking a Senior FP&A  Analyst to join its finance team. This is an opportunity to drive financial insight and support strategic decision-making for a company deeply committed to innovation and operational excellence. In this role you will build and maintain dynamic financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

         Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, business operations, consulting, or finance.
• Advanced Excel skills and a strong grasp of financial modeling.
• Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau or DataRails.
• Clear communicator who can translate complex data into actionable insights.
  
  Pluses:

• Experience creating financial models for companies in construction, manufacturing, or similar industries.
• Previous collaboration with cross-functional teams (supply chain, human resources, sales, operations, etc.)
