Position Overview

We’re looking for a multi-skilled Construction Installation Technician who thrives on hands-on work, travel, and problem-solving. You’ll work on secure sites installing and maintaining complex mechanical and electromechanical systems, including heavy equipment and concrete structures.

If you have a background in concrete work, mechanical assembly, site prep, and construction, and you want a role where no two days are the same, this could be your perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

• Concrete work – forming, pouring, finishing, cutting, demolition, rebar tying, and form building
• Excavation & site preparation – operate basic equipment, prepare foundations, ensure site readiness
• Mechanical installation – rigging, aligning, and installing large components safely
• Plumbing & electrical basics – drainage, conduit installation, wire pulling
• Hydraulic systems – assist with installation and troubleshooting (training provided)
• Carpentry & general construction – multi-trade support across projects
• Work outdoors in varied conditions and adapt quickly to changing job requirements
• Maintain safety compliance at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in concrete, mechanical, civil, or related construction work
• Hands-on skills with tools, rigging, and equipment
• Ability to travel nationwide for extended projects (weekends and nights possible)
• Valid Driver’s License – Real ID required
• Clear background for secure site access (military bases, government facilities)
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Customer service mindset – professional, reliable, and respectful on client sites

Pay & Benefits

Salary Range: $55,000–$70,000/year (based on skills and experience)
