Our client, a global leader in the industrial manufacturing industry, is seeking a Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team, you will be part of the engineering department supporting the maintenance of various manufacturing equipment and robotic production equipment.
Job Title: Robotics/Automation Technician
Location: Conway, Arkansas
Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000, plus OT
What's the Job?
- Develop preventative maintenance for all equipment.
- Perform robotic systems maintenance and troubleshooting (Motoman, ABB, and Fanuc).
- Handle automation programming and maintenance for grinding and polishing robots.
- Manage robotic programming and maintenance for welding robots.
- Engage in PLC programming and electrical systems design (Allen Bradley and Siemens).
- Utilize SolidWorks for mechanical design projects and support new equipment installations on the production line.
What's Needed?
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar capacity.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Robotics and Automation Maintenance.
- Proficiency in robotic maintenance used for ARC/Laser welding and soldering.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and electrical systems design.
- Familiarity with robotics systems such as Motoman, ABB, and Fanuc.
