Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to optimize work processes, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Represent Manufacturing interests in design reviews for New Product Development Projects, ensuring feasibility and effectiveness of product designs.
- Ensure Production readiness for New Product Development Projects and Engineering Changes for all Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering tasks.
- Lead the development and implementation of process automation efforts for Production, including the selection, set-up, installation, and training of automated equipment.
- Support electric power systems, motors, drives, programming, industrial controls, HMIs, PLCs & robotics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives with the design and implementation of mistake-proofing fixtures, tooling, and production aids.
What's Needed?
- B.S. in Engineering or a related field, and/or an appropriate combination of experience and education.
- Demonstrated expertise in industrial instrumentation, PLCs, electromechanical assembly, welding, and formal problem-solving.
- Experience in implementing new plant design, production/assembly, and processes in multiple locations (US and international) is a plus.
- Familiarity with soldering, data acquisition, process control systems, electrical engineering, Fieldbus protocols, and technical writing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departmental functions and optimize work processes.
