Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is seeking an AP Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience processing invoices in an automated system using OCR, experience with both invoices and purchase orders, and strong analytical skills.

Job Title: AP Accounts Specialist
Location: Rockville, MD (3 days onsite required)
Pay Range: $30 -$34.70 per hour. 40 hours a week.

Whats Needed?

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Experience processing invoices in an automated system using OCR required.
• Experience processing invoices against purchase orders required.
• Experience with uploading templates into AP system
• Experience with reviewing and processing expense reports
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills for problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Workday Financials a plus
• Experience with Auditoria a plus
• Experience with AI driven AP Help Desk software a plus
