Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

• Responsible for assigned line output, safety, yield, and quality, including identification of product defects and operational actions to reduce them.
• Work with the line support team to evaluate issues, determine non-conformance, and generate corrective and preventative actions as needed.
• Provide engineering fixes and support for equipment availability issues, ensuring smooth operations on the manufacturing line.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and evaluate ideas for enhancements to processes and operations.
• Support training and certification programs, contributing insights to improve training effectiveness.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
• Strong understanding of quality control and regulatory implications related to manufacturing.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and present information effectively.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
