Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 8am-3pm or 9am-4pm

Your Role as an LPN:

Deliver direct nursing care to individuals with IDD following person-centered care plans.

Administer medications, injections, and treatments accurately and safely.

Monitor and document health conditions, behaviors, and symptoms.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in ISP meetings.

Ensure compliance with DBHDD standards, state regulations, and agency policies.

What We’re Looking For:

Current Georgia LPN license.

2+ years of experience with IDD populations (DBHDD preferred).

Proficiency in ISP documentation and behavior support plans.

Strong clinical, observational, and interpersonal skills.
