As a **Quality Assurance Tester AML Platform Management,** you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the AML Platform Management team. **Job Summary:**
**The AML Platform Management team is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Tester to support the ongoing management and technical enhancements of the AWARE workflow tool, which underpins the end-to-end Know Your Customer (KYC) and Client Due Diligence (CDD) processes across the GBAM business. This role involves managing the full UAT lifecycle, executing test scripts, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Risk, Compliance, and SMEs.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
** Lead and execute end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.**
** Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test scripts and test cases.**
** Identify, document, and track defects and issues through resolution.**
** Provide daily status updates to test leads and management.**
** Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.**
** Validate that final product changes meet stakeholder requirements.**
** Support validation testing at the end of change delivery cycles.**
** Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to align testing with business needs.**
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
** 5+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.**
** 5+ years of experience in project management and QA methodologies.**
** Prior experience with Pega Client Lifecycle Management or other AML/KYC systems.**
** Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and Waterfall methodologies.**
** Experience with Horizon Jira testing modules and standards.**
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**
** Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.**
** Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.**
** Capable of managing tight timelines and multiple priorities.**
** Comfortable working with various levels of associates and embracing change positively.**
**Desired Skills:**
** Familiarity with GB & GM Line of Business operations.**
** Experience in end-to-end planning and coordination.**
** Knowledge of Operational Risk and Client Money Protection.**
** Additional experience with client onboarding and KYC refresh processes is a plus.**
