General Practice (Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a full-service veterinary hospital in Turlock, California, hiring an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. The clinic has proudly served the community since 1993 and is known for its compassionate, high-quality care for both companion animals and exotics.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. It is closed on Sundays. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and can accommodate full-time availability.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering comprehensive general practice care, including wellness exams, dentistry, internal medicine, dermatology, and routine surgery. Care for exotic species is available but not required-however, experience with or interest in exotics is a plus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to building lasting client relationships. This opportunity is best suited to an experienced clinician.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, and digital dental X-ray. It offers a full suite of services including preventive care, diagnostics, dental procedures, internal medicine, dermatology, and exotic animal medicine. The caseload is diverse and includes both traditional pets and a wide range of exotic species.

Team
The current team includes 2 DVMs supported by an experienced group of technicians and support staff. The environment is collaborative and client-focused, offering a supportive space for high-quality veterinary practice.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
