Job Summary:

Establish personal goals, and strategies, which result in attaining or exceeding personal and Company’s sales objectives. Develops and maintains long term customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

Actively pursue opportunities sharing the dealership story and its ability to deliver solutions to the customers’ needs. Duties include but no limited to:

  • Make sales calls to new, referred, and existing customers.
  • Maintain an ongoing sales contact database to be reviewed with Sales Manager on a regular basis.
  • Develop sales plan
  • Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
  • Assist in development of promotional sales materials to expand sales efforts.
  • Respond to customer product inquiries and concerns on a timely manner
  • Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the project
  • Analyze customer business needs.
  • Provide input on improving Customers Experience.
  • Further personal and professional growth and development.
  • Consistently meet sales goals set by Company.
  • Clearly communicate customer needs and/or requirements to support staff
  • Develop relationships with vendors to get the best solutions for the products we sell to keep us competitive.
  • Generate profitable revenue.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales (retail experience a plus)
  • Strong communication skills
