Job Description
Job Summary:
Establish personal goals, and strategies, which result in attaining or exceeding personal and Company’s sales objectives. Develops and maintains long term customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
Actively pursue opportunities sharing the dealership story and its ability to deliver solutions to the customers’ needs. Duties include but no limited to:
- Make sales calls to new, referred, and existing customers.
- Maintain an ongoing sales contact database to be reviewed with Sales Manager on a regular basis.
- Develop sales plan
- Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
- Assist in development of promotional sales materials to expand sales efforts.
- Respond to customer product inquiries and concerns on a timely manner
- Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the project
- Analyze customer business needs.
- Provide input on improving Customers Experience.
- Further personal and professional growth and development.
- Consistently meet sales goals set by Company.
- Clearly communicate customer needs and/or requirements to support staff
- Develop relationships with vendors to get the best solutions for the products we sell to keep us competitive.
- Generate profitable revenue.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales (retail experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills
