This engineer will collaborate with various teams to enhance cloud configurations and automate processes, playing a vital role in optimizing DoDs cloud-based operations.
This position is on-site and requires an active TS/SCI clearance. Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS022, T4, Band 7 Job-Specific Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructures for DoD applications.
• Implement security measures, automate operations, and use CI/CD tools.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize AWS network and storage configurations.
• Develop scripts for automating network configurations and security compliance.

Job-Specific Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance required
• 1+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. 5 years of experience in this field may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement.
• Extensive experience with AWS services and infrastructure management.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools.
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages, cloud security principles & practices and Kubernetes.
• IAT Level II certification required.
• Must have AWS certifications or trainings in at least one of the following certifications. 3 years of proven relevant experience may be substituted for each certification.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or training
• AWS SysOps Administrator certification or training
• AWS DevOps Engineer certification or training
