Remote Call Center Representative

**Pay Rate:** $ 18.00/hour

**Schedule:** Must be available between 9:00 AM 9:00 PM (local time) for an 8-hour shift

**Employment Type:** Remote / BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)

**Position Overview**

Adecco is partnering with a leading industry client in Class Action business operations. The Remote Call Center Representative will support a high-volume call center environment, assisting with a range of claimant inquiries and claim-related issues. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls as well as responding to emails, chats, and callback requests.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently

+ Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and callback channels

+ Conduct research using internal systems and available resources to resolve inquiries

+ Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM or call logs

+ Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors

+ Assist with general administrative duties as needed

+ Support other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor

**Qualifications & Requirements**

+ Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center

+ Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and active listening skills

+ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities

+ Reliable and punctual with strong adherence to assigned schedules

+ Comfortable working remotely while seated for long periods

+ Fluent in English (spoken and written)

+ Flexible availability to support varying shift needs based on time zone

**Technical Requirements (BYOD Bring Your Own Device)**

+ **Internet Connection:**

+ High-speed internet (No Wi-Fi or mobile hotspots)

+ Cat5E Ethernet cable connection

+ Minimum download speed: 20 Mbps

+ Minimum upload speed: 5 Mbps

+ Jitter must be below 20

+ **Hardware Requirements:**

+ Windows 10 or higher

+ Processor: Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or better

+ Minimum RAM: 8 GB

+ Hard Drive: Minimum 237 GB storage

+ Dual monitors, keyboard/mouse, headset, and a functioning laptop or desktop

+ **Verification Required:**

+ Must provide recent speed test results and PC specifications

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
