We’re looking for a Value Stream Manager who thrives on being present where the action happens: on the production floor. This is not a desk job—our ideal leader is hands-on, visible, and actively engaged with their team, driving performance and solving problems in real-time.

What You’ll Do
Be a Floor Leader
Spend the majority of your day on the production floor, actively engaging with team members and processes.
Lead by example—demonstrating safe work habits, coaching employees, and promoting accountability.
Conduct daily Gemba walks to identify challenges, provide guidance, and celebrate wins with the team.
Drive Continuous Improvement
Build and maintain a culture of Lean thinking and problem-solving.
Lead Kaizen events and use visual management tools to track progress and drive improvements.
Eliminate waste, enhance quality, and increase efficiency in every aspect of the value stream.
Operational & Labor Management
Manage daily production schedules and labor plans to ensure delivery goals are met.
Monitor KPIs including productivity, safety, quality, and cost, taking corrective action as needed.
Collaborate with HR and recruiting to ensure staffing levels and address attendance or performance issues.
Develop and Lead Your Team
Provide consistent feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
Foster a culture of teamwork, cross-training, and continuous learning.
Recognize high performers and address underperformance constructively.
Ensure Safety and Compliance
Champion a culture of safety, conducting audits, training sessions, and reinforcing best practices.
Partner with leadership to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience (Lean/Continuous Improvement experience strongly preferred).
Proven ability to lead from the floor, staying engaged with both people and processes.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing KPIs and using data to drive performance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
A proactive, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
