We’re looking for a talented Digital Designer who’s not only strong in visual design but excited by the idea of helping build and shape a brand. This is a rare opportunity to take creative ownership in a company that’s scaling its digital strategy, modernizing its look and feel, and reaching new audiences across the DTC space.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Digital Strategist and the broader Marketing and UX teams to deliver digital experiences that are both beautiful and performance-driven. If you love working on everything from web pages and email to ads and social graphics—and you’re just as comfortable getting into the weeds as you are thinking big-picture—we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design a wide range of digital assets: website landing pages, promotional banners, emails, social graphics, and paid ads (Meta, Google, Amazon, Lowe’s, Walmart, and The Home Depot and more)
  • Collaborate with the Digital Strategist to translate campaign strategy into compelling creative
  • Build wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to bring ideas to life and guide user interaction
  • Ensure brand consistency and elevate visual standards across all platforms
  • Contribute to A/B testing and help optimize creative for engagement and conversion
  • Stay up to date on digital trends and proactively bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Play a key role in defining how customers see, feel, and engage with the RiteScreen brand

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital design, ideally in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer marketing
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital and web-based creative work, especially performance- or conversion-focused projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and Microsoft Office
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design
  • A collaborative spirit with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • A high attention to detail and a passion for crafting polished, high-quality work
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in the Eastern time zone preferred
