Build strong relationships with chefs, culinary directors, food safety, and packaging managers across hospitality, QSRs, CDR chains, flight kitchens, and food management companies.
Manage and guide international business development executives in the foodservice film category.
Collaborate with and lead marketing teams for sales activities and lead generation.
Support leadership in managing key customer accounts, including private label clients .
Contribute to the strategic planning process for expanding market share and identifying emerging trends in HoReCa formats.
Monitor industry legislation around plastic usage and disposal; provide relevant inputs to the organization.
Explore new applications for food wrap films and assess market competition to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Mentor and guide subordinates during customer interactions to enhance sales conversion rates.
Keep leadership informed about consumer trends, supply chain challenges, and opportunities for future product development.
Oversee inventory and logistics operations at warehouse locations across the U.S.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
10-15 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in foodservice disposables or packaging.
Familiarity with Non-PVC foodservice films and a deep understanding of the food industry landscape.
Experience working with national broadline distributors or in culinary leadership roles (e.g., Culinary Director) at top foodservice organizations is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales with regional distributors, QSR/CDR chains, and other foodservice operators.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional and international teams.
