Customer Service Representative - Entry Level Immediate Hire

• Represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations and consumer brands at live events and retail promotions

• Conduct face-to-face outreach to engage customers, promote brand awareness, and drive fundraising or product support

• Assist with lead generation , customer acquisition , and donor retention strategies

• Use CRM software to track campaign metrics and customer interactions

• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

• Attend regular training workshops and leadership development sessions

• Local candidates with immediate availability (preferred)

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills

• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a coachable mindset
