Bridge Specialty Group is seeking an Assistant Broker to join our growing team in Bart lesville, OK!

The Assistant Brokers task is to provide assistance to retail agents, processors, and other underwriters as needed and necessary in a timely , efficient and accurate turnaround time and other duties as requested by the Personal Lines Manager.

How You Will Contribute:

• Review and complete company correspondence and ensure accuracy of internal transactions.

• Deliver policy documents and notices to agents in a timely manner .

• Communicate with insurance carriers for risk exceptions and approvals.

• Respond promptly to voicemails and emails to ensure high service standards.

• Assist retail agents and mortgages with policy and billing inquiries.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with retail agents.

• Review property inspections for compliance with carrier guidelines.

• Document and suspend internal files appropriately and process policy changes.

• Adhere to insurance carrier guidelines, as well as state and federal regulations.

• Participate in virtual meetings and support team members as needed.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Obtain a P&C license within 12 months of hire.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

• High School or higher education
