Cardio Partners is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital marketing and eCommerce strategies.

Office schedule: M-Th Office based, Friday remote (Effective September 1, 2025)

Responsibilities

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Manager to lead and oversee the analysis of web analytics, customer behavior, paid digital media optimization, and lifetime value (LTV) models for our eCommerce platforms. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and IT to deliver actionable insights, improve key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize our customer journey and media spend.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Heap etc.) to track and report on key eCommerce metrics (e.g., conversion rate, average order value, bounce rate, etc.).

Develop detailed dashboards and reports to monitor the performance of our online store, digital media campaigns, and customer behavior across multiple touchpoints.

Provide insights into website traffic, user experience, and trends to guide marketing and product decisions.

Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and purchase patterns to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Develop actionable customer insights based on analysis of behavioral data, helping teams improve personalization and targeting strategies.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify high-value customer segments and implement strategies to increase retention and conversion rates.

Lead the analysis and optimization of paid media campaigns (search, display, social, and connected TV) to maximize ROI and improve ad targeting and spend efficiency.

Work with the marketing team to evaluate digital campaign performance, conducting A/B tests, optimizing ad spend allocation, and refining targeting strategies.

Provide recommendations on budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation to improve the effectiveness of media spend.

Develop and refine LTV models to forecast customer value and identify long-term growth opportunities.

Use customer data and predictive analytics to enhance decision-making across marketing, sales, and customer service teams.

Conduct cohort analysis and predictive modeling to forecast customer behavior and identify retention strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and IT, to define business requirements and support data-driven initiatives.

Present data insights to senior leadership, making recommendations for optimization based on key findings.

Ensure the data infrastructure and reporting capabilities are aligned with business needs and objectives.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on eCommerce, customer behavior, and paid media optimization

Proven expertise with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Heap, Mixpanel etc.) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEM, display advertising, social media, and connected TV.

Experience with eCommerce platforms, CRM tools, and customer segmentation strategies.

Expertise in building and optimizing lifetime value (LTV) models and predictive analytics.

Experience in SQL, R, Excel, and other data analysis tools.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with machine learning or advanced predictive analytics.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot).

Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento).
