This role focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language therapy to help students achieve their academic goals and enhance their communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide intervention for students with speech and language disorders. Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet each student's unique needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to implement effective therapeutic strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions. Stay updated on best practices and developments in speech-language pathology. Provide teletherapy services as needed to accommodate diverse learning environments. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Current Ohio state licensure and/or teaching certification. Experience in a school setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
