Job Summary:
This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. This is a hands-on development role with a focus on solution design, quality, and performance.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements into technical specifications.
• Design and develop Salesforce solutions in collaboration with the Solutions Architect.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Implement and manage Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) for system integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions using out-of-the-box features, custom code, or AppExchange products.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, 3-Amigos, etc.).
• Ensure adherence to QA, change management, and documentation standards.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and apply new features where appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal IT and business partners to align on architecture strategies and roadmap planning.
• Provide estimates for level of effort and contribute to project planning.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and data modeling
• Experience building and integrating APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and common design patterns
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and GitHub
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, both technical and non-technical
