Join a team pioneering an innovative Web Platform that combines modern React Micro Frontends, GraphQL Federation, and seamless integration with Adobe Experience Manager. Your contributions will directly support a platform that has already saved millions of dollars and drastically improved time-to-market for new products. Help eliminate technology fragmentation and duplication, foster reusability and collaboration, and accelerate feature delivery in a fast-paced environment where impact matters. Work with cross-disciplinary teams (from engineering to marketing) leveraging a shared Component Library, enabling creative freedom while maintaining brand consistency. **What you'll do**
+ Lead the design, development, and orchestration of complex Micro Frontend applications using React and integration with the platform.
+ Ensure seamless URL management, analytics integration, localization, and component interoperability to deliver smooth, high-performance user experiences.
+ Own the continuous improvement and expansion of the reusable React/AEM component library.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust, scalable, and design-consistent UI components that accelerate development, enforce brand standards, and support dynamic content needs across multiple products.
+ Mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and advocate best practices in code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
+ Work closely with product owners, marketing, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and Inner Source contributions.
+ Collaborate with content and marketing teams to streamline content integration and deployment using enterprise content management systems.
+ Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of content-managed digital experiences.
+ Build and enhance features for real-time personalization and dynamic content delivery, leveraging customer data and analytics insights.
+ Focus on creating engaging, tailored user experiences that drive business outcomes.
**You'll have**
+ Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related scientific field
+ 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
+ 3+ years of hands-on development experience with: - ReactJS / TypeScript / Angular - Node.js - Single-Spa framework - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
+ Proficiency in test-driven development and strong understanding of clean code principles
+ Experience with pair programming and collaborative development practices
+ Proven experience designing and implementing Micro Frontend architectures at scale
+ Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
**Even better, you may have**
+ Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
+ Strong expertise in building and maintaining reusable component libraries and design systems
+ Hands-on experience integrating enterprise content management systems, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
+ Deep understanding of GraphQL and experience with GraphQL Federation or similar API orchestration techniques
+ Expertise in performance optimization, including frontend build optimization and runtime performance tuning
+ Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams, with a track record of mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives
+ Experience with personalization engines and A/B testing tools, including Adobe Target or similar solutions
+ Strong collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
