As a Habilitative Specialist/Case Manager, youll coordinate services to help the people we serve keep, learn, or improve important daily living skills. Your responsibilities will include training staff in behavior modification techniques and to assist with developing new programs.

What YOULL Do:

  • Oversee the development of individual-centered programs
  • Monitor the quality of services and development of individual-centered programs.
  • Train staff in behavior modification and/or intervention techniques
  • Develop new policies, procedures and methodologies for delivering habilitative services
  • On Call responsibilities as needed to support agency

SCHEDULE: Days, 40 hrs/week, some evenings and weekends may be required, travel required up to a 2-hour radius (vehicle provided) on-call responsibilities 1 month every 4 months to assist Host Home Providers and individuals with crisis intervention/needs.

What YOULL Need:

  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking capability
  • Deep knowledge of habilitative services for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field
  • One year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required
  • QIDP certification may be required based on state requirements
