Overview

Five Iron Golf in Coral Gables is expanding – and we’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Bowling to lead, innovate, and grow the bowling side of our state-of-the-art venue. Key Responsibilities

                  •               Oversee all bowling operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience and maintaining Five Iron’s standards of excellence.

                  •               Manage and maintain bowling equipment, regularly inspecting lanes, machinery, and all associated gear for safety and performance.

                  •               Hire, train, schedule, and motivate bowling staff, fostering a positive team culture and continuous professional growth.

                  •               Organize and promote bowling tournaments, leagues, and special events to attract new guests and retain loyal customers.

                  •               Collaborate with the General Manager and cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and on-site marketing.

                  •               Manage departmental budgets, track expenses, and make fiscally responsible decisions that maximize profitability.

                  •               Develop customer service strategies, resolve guest concerns, and cultivate a welcoming environment for players of all levels.

Qualifications

                  •               Proven leadership experience in bowling, hospitality, or entertainment management.

                  •               Understanding of bowling operations, equipment, and facility management.

                  •               Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

                  •               Ability to recruit, develop, and lead diverse teams.

                  •               Experience organizing leagues, tournaments, or special events preferred.

                  •               Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

                  •               A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and growing a unique entertainment brand.
