Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Office Manager / Lead Veterinary Receptionist to join our front office team! This hybrid role is perfect for a seasoned CSR who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary setting and is ready to take on more responsibility-or someone with office management experience who enjoys staying hands-on at the front desk.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk-answer phones, schedule appointments, check-in/out patients
  • Lead and support the front office team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist with training, scheduling, and performance support for other CSRs
  • Manage administrative tasks like ordering office supplies, organizing records, and supporting hospital leadership
  • Foster a warm, professional, and efficient environment for clients, patients, and team members
Qualifications

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 2+ years of veterinary client service experience (required)
  • Are confident using veterinary practice software (we use [your software name])
  • Are highly organized, self-motivated, and calm under pressure
  • Love helping pets and people and want to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes
