Job Description

As a cardiac cath lab technologist in interventional radiology, you&ll assist the physician with catheterization of the heart and other minimally invasive procedures. Working in an operating room, cardiac Cath lab or similar healthcare facility, you&ll prepare equipment, assist surgeons, monitor patient vitals, help maintain sterile conditions and more. You might care for patients undergoing angioplasty, ablation, embolization, stenting, thrombolysis or biopsies.

Minimum Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in interventional radiology
  • ARRT Certification
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license
