Now Hiring: Full-Time Floating Lifestyle Consultant – $22/hour

We’re hiring a Full-Time Floating Lifestyle Consultant to support all 6 metro locations:
Coon Rapids, Minnetonka, Edina, Apple Valley, Roseville, and Woodbury. Occasional travel to St. Cloud, MN and Eau Claire, WI may also be required.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple teams and centers. No nutrition degree is required—just a passion for helping others and strong relationship-building skills.

What You’ll Do as a Lifestyle Consultant

• Inspire and guide clients through weekly one-on-one coaching. 

• Build strong client relationships by listening, problem-solving, and delivering personalized solutions.

• Meet or exceed center sales goals while helping clients recognize the value of Livea’s programs.

• Empower client success through consistent support and accountability.

• Collaborate with the medical and nutrition team to support each client’s progress.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with consultative or relationship-based sales (a strong plus).

• A sales-driven mindset with the ability to effectively communicate Livea’s value.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with and motivate clients.

• A reliable and flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel between metro centers and occasionally to Eau Claire, WI and St. Cloud, MN.

• Must be available Fridays (7am–1pm), three Saturdays per month (7am–12pm), and additional weekdays with full-day availability, often extending into early evenings.
