Compensation Overview:
Livea offers a competitive base salary with uncapped bonus opportunities, with total compensation potential between $55,000 and $80,000 annually. The higher end of this range reflects what is achievable with strong performance over time and is not guaranteed starting pay.

Key Responsibilities of a Livea Sales MIT

  • Drive Revenue: Use consultative selling skills to close consultations, enroll clients, and hit weekly and monthly center goals
  • Inspire Clients: Motivate and educate clients through personalized coaching, goal tracking, and accountability
  • Lead by Example: Partner with center leadership and eventually step into greater responsibilities as you grow
  • Support Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day function of the center while maintaining a welcoming, client-focused environment
  • Achieve Results: Help build and maintain a strong book of business while actively contributing to center success
  • Create Impact: Empower clients to reach life-changing results while gaining valuable leadership experience
