Duration: 12 Months
Pay Range : $55/hr to $59/hr (On W2)

We are looking for a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Summary:
We're hiring a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. This role works closely with cross-functional Value Stream teams to improve quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency. Ideal candidates are strong problem solvers, communicators, and change leaders with a background in manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Lean tools (5S, value stream mapping, time studies, etc.)
• Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects
• Support facility layout optimization and flow cell design
• Collaborate across teams to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Ensure compliance with FDA, QMS, and company standards

• 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial engineering (medical device preferred)
• Proven background in Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a matrixed, fast-paced environment

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
