Job Description


Pariva Health is looking for a Diagnostic Psychologist with experience in testing children with neurodivergent conditions. They will be responsible for all aspects of diagnostic patient evaluations, referring appropriate VDC clients to our FSP, and consulting with other members of the clinical team upon as these referrals are made. Diagnostic psychologists will maintain proper clinical documentation, billing records, and office procedures and should have some experience with virtual assessment for children and adolescents.  

 

Our model is hybrid as we do have some partnerships with providers to provide on-site rapid assessments 2 to 3 times per week. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct psychological assessments, testing, and evaluations for children and adolescents 

  • Administer and interpret standardized assessment tools to formulate accurate diagnoses 

  • In collaboration with a clinically trained support team, prepare and complete, on a timely basis, detailed psychological reports Including, but not limited to, assessment findings, treatment recommendations, etc. 

  • Maintain complete and confidential records and documentation for each client 

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals 

  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities 

  • Will need to travel to partner provider sites 2-3 times/week. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Doctoral degree (Ph. D. or Psy. D) in Clinical Psychology 

  • Licensed as a Clinical Psychologist in the state you are serving 

  • Experience working as a Child Psychologist in a clinical or educational setting is preferred 

  • Experience with psychological assessment of children, preferably with neurodivergent conditions 

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team with clients and families 

  • Experience with tele-neuropsychic evaluations preferred

Schedule 

  • After credentialing is complete, hours can range from part-time to full time. We are looking for full-time employment if possible. We are flexible with availability and control or scheduling.  

  • Preferred: Monday-Friday during typical working hours (8:30-5:00pm EST)
