Purpose of Position

We're looking for a strategic and forward-thinking leader to shape and drive our Agile Delivery strategy, aligning technology solutions with key business objectives. In this high-impact role, you'll lead cross-functional collaboration, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure that IT services and solutions deliver measurable value to the organization.

You'll champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement, overseeing governance, resource allocation, and Agile process controls-while also managing timelines and budgets to ensure programs and initiatives are delivered with excellence. This is a highly visible role that requires strong leadership, sharp communication skills, and a passion for transforming vision into results.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Oversee Agile Delivery team to enable the successful delivery of technology and business objectives by driving operational excellence.
  • Oversees the IT Business Operations to build and govern team framework and practices. Supports IT and Cyber activities corporate communications in alignment with the CIO. Coaches, trains and performs assessments to support the Agile SOD.
  • Drive effective delivery by aligning team priorities, managing cross-team intake and dependencies, ensuring accountability, and upholding Agile best practices and standards.
  • Lead strategic planning and execution by coordinating prioritization, estimation, and cross-team alignment, managing risks and dependencies, and enabling early, frequent value delivery through structured planning and communication.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by challenging outdated habits, optimizing Agile workflows, coaching teams on best practices, and guiding the selection of appropriate delivery methods-all while fostering focus and productivity through effective team support.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration by tailoring messaging to diverse audiences, building strong stakeholder relationships, facilitating cross-team alignment, and fostering a trusting environment that supports open dialogue and shared goals.
