On-Site Maintenance Technician (Immediately hiring)

We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and professional On-Site Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hawthorne, CA. This position includes free housing in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on the property in exchange for 25 hours of maintenance and property support per week. Wifi included.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including:

Basic electrical and plumbing work

General building maintenance and handyman tasks

Respond promptly to tenant repair requests and complaints

Show vacant apartments to prospective tenants

Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of common areas

Coordinate with vendors and property management team when needed

Requirements:
Must have own tools to complete electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks

Must be able to work independently and communicate professionally with tenants and staff

Must pass a criminal background check

Prior maintenance experience required (multi-family property experience preferred)

Must be dependable, responsive, and solution-oriented

Compensation:
Rent-free 2BR/1BA unit on-site

Flexible scheduling with 25 hours of work per week required
